HIS TEACHING AMAZED THE PEOPLE.

“Great crowds followed Him…”

“He opened His mouth and taught them…”

Matthew 4:25-5:2

HIS TEACHING HAD A PRIORITY.

Even though He was born to die, He lived to preach and teach.

His public ministry was meant to be an educational movement.

Centuries have come and gone and His message is still sought.

This was all done to establish the fact that salvation comes by education.

Matthew 17:1-5; 28:18-20; John 8:31-32; 17:20; Romans 10:17; Hebrews 8:8-11

HIS TEACHING WAS POWERFUL.

He taught with absolute authority.

He did not teach what assumptions but truth.

HIS TEACHING WAS PRACTICAL.

He taught things that blessed the lives of others.

He taught so everyone could know about abundant living.

HIS TEACHING WAS PRACTICED.

He did not say one thing and do another!

His teachings and life were identical.

HIS TEACHING WAS PURPOSEFUL.

He taught with one goal in mind.

He taught to save sinners from sin.

This week our prominent Bible Chapters are Matthew 5, 6, and 7 which has been titled “The Sermon On The Mount” or “The Master’s Message.” So take time to read every line and be blessed by the greatest sermon ever taught!
