Elaine Wilson: “I just wanted to take this time to thank you and everyone at the church for taking up a collection for Sarah and Steven, they don’t have much family just us. So for a kid having their church stand beside them in this already crazy mixed up world we are right now living in means a lot to them. Getting support from the church they grew up in, it just shows them that what they did people do care and it did matter. I just can’t believe that it’s been 17 years that we left the Catholic church and found the De Soto church of Christ an made it our home. Now my last two kids that started out as babies when we first found the church are now grown and going to be leaving me soon. So again thank you. I do appreciate everything truly and can’t wait to return back to church.”
