Don’s Delivery: HOW?
By Michael Basciano

“How does the grass know when to grow
or buds sprout out ‘pon stem n’ tree
or birds their nest or snow
Sail swift away ‘top winter’s breeze?

How does the day know how to bide
For longer time—more lengthy spell
An hybernants to come outside.
Must be an answer pray tell.

How do the fauna, flora change
At such precise dot—spot of clock
Life come to order thus arranged
More silent than the voice of rock.

How interwoven each thing is
Connection perfect—ev’ry phase
The negative—the positive
The underlying question raise.

How strict alignment blooms to dance
To season’s music—playing fife
Possible: ‘Big Boom’ or chance
Or perhaps the Breath of life—God.”

“Every house is built by someone,
But He who built all things is God.” Hebrews 3:4
