One of the sweetest messages in all of the Scriptures is the message of Jesus regarding children.
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.” Mark 10:13-15
One of the sweetest scenes in all of the Scriptures is that of Jesus receiving children: “He took them up in His arms, laid hands on them, and blessed them.” Mark 10:16
One of the sweetest truths for all children to know is that Jesus loves them.
Jesus loves active children and those who are not so active.
Jesus loves brilliant children and those who are not so brilliant.
Jesus loves cheerful children and those who are not so cheerful.
Jesus loves determined children and those who are so determined.
Jesus loves enjoyable children and those who are not so enjoyable.
Jesus loves funny children and those who are not so funny.
Jesus loves good children and those who are not so good.
Jesus loves happy children and those are not so happy.
Jesus loves innocent children and those who are not so innocent.
Jesus loves jolly children and those who are not so jolly.
Jesus loves kind children and those who are not so kind.
Jesus loves loveable children and those who are not so loveable.
Jesus wants us to love children by bringing them to Him. Let’s all do our best to bring our children so they can learn more and more about Jesus love for them.
